The first Czech-Korean Science and Technology Days

Venue: Lotte Hotel Seoul, 1, Sogong-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea

 

The main objectives of this important event were:

  • To facilitate meetings of high-level government officials, leading scientists and top-level business representatives in order to explore and elaborate the details of ways to foster cooperation joint research and development projects and to create innovative high-tech products and bring them to international markets.

  • To broaden and deepen the result-focused and success-driven Czech-Korean cooperation in scientific and technological innovations.

  • To make Czech-Korean cooperation in science and technology the symbol and benchmark of highly efficient and fully successful international endeavors in this field.

Dr. Josef Koubek, Representative of the Institute of Chemical Technology Prague: The Institute of Chemical Technology as the largest Czech tertiary educational institution in all fields of chemistry

Prof. Václav Hlaváč, Department of Cybernetics, Czech Technical University in Prague: Experience from research and technology transfer at the Department of Cybernetics, Czech Technical University in Prague

Dr. Petra Žáčková, Manager of the biotechnology laboratory of DEKONTA, Inc.: Research and development in Czech environmental companies

Prof. Václav Havlíček, Rector Czech Technical University in Prague: Presentation of Czech Technical University in Prague and its cooperation with industry

Dr. Josef Fulka Jr., Deputy Director of the Institute of Animal Science: Ex Ovo Omnia
